Henry Creel is Eleven's father. Stranger Things Season 4 explores Vecna's backstory in detail, showing how he developed psychokinetic abilities as a young child and attracted the attention of Dr. Martin Brenner, AKA Papa. Henry Creel was designated '001' by Hawkins Lab, becoming Papa's first-ever child test subject. As time passed, Henry grew up to become one of the orderlies under Brenner's watch, which is how he met young Eleven. But one fan theory suggests that 001 and 011 have a more complex past, specifically hinting that the pair are relatives. In 1979, Eleven and Henry formed an unlikely friendship at Hawkins Lab. Henry would offer Eleven advice on how to deal with bullies, while Eleven offered to get "Soteria" -- a chip that suppressed his powers -- out of Henry's neck. However, once One's powers were restored, he went rogue and massacred the faculty staff and test subjects. He tried to do the same to Eleven, who overpowered him and sent him hurdling through an interdimensional portal. Unbeknownst to her, Eleven had sent Henry Creel to the Upside Down, where he would adapt over several years to become Vecna, the dimension's ruler. Now, evidence has suggested that Henry and Eleven could be connected. More specifically, Henry/Vecna is Eleven's biological father. The theory originated from the Just The Nobodys podcast and offers up some compelling arguments as to One and Eleven's unique connection. As for Dr. Brenner, he knew all along that Eleven would be the offspring of One and Terry Ives, he just needed to manipulate her from a young age to believe that he was her 'Papa' in the absence of her 'real' father, Henry Creel. Let's break down the theory. Stranger Things (so far) has led viewers to believe that Dr. Martin Brenner is the paternal figure in Eleven's life, just as he was to the other test subjects. Eleven's biological mother, Terry Ives, can be seen in some flashbacks and then later in person when Eleven goes to visit. But Terry is effectively braindead, repeating the same words over and over again. In Just The Nobodys' own words, here's how the theory plays out: "The theory is that Brenner knew that none of the kids, numbers Two through Ten, were as strong as number One. So, Dr. Brenner waited for One to get older to make him breed with Terry Ives to create Eleven — to make sure that she was the strongest, and clearly, she is."

Mrs. Kelly+Vecnas Clock Theory. Mrs. Kelly has a key shaped necklace that looks like a clock. And there is a lock on vecnas clock. This theory is showing how could Vecna know about the right children to possess and kill. All those children (we don't know about Patrick) who comed to Mrs. Kelly, were possessed. Although there are many theories about this just wanted to mention that usually when you open a grandfather clock like that, you open it like that to change the time on the clock. In the clock could be something else. Maybe something to help our characters to defeat Vecna... Could this be hinting at time travel? And why does Mrs. Kelly have it?

Will Byers being dragged into the Upside Down is what started Stranger Things, and the show has teased the character's connection to the alternate universe on multiple occasions. At the end of season 4, Will admits that he can feel Vecna's presence, indicating a connection between the two characters. And the Duffer Brothers already teased a bigger role for Will in Stranger Things' final season. With all of these things in mind, some viewers have speculated that Will could be revealed as a traitor. This theory hinges on Will's connection to the Upside Down, as well as the similarities between him and Henry Creel. Of course, Dungeons & Dragons parties can also have traitors, which would strengthen the show's link to the role-playing game. Will's friends have also neglected him in previous seasons, which could motivate him to act against them. Unfortunately, while this would be a shocking and fun surprise, its likelihood isn't very high. Will becoming a traitor would go against Stranger Things' messages about found family and friendship. The optics of making one of the show's few LGBTQ+ characters the villain would also be pretty terrible.

Eleven's unexpected trip to Chicago in season 2 remains Stranger Things' most-underused storyline, and season 4 seemed to forget the show's lead had a sister altogether. Kali didn't appear in any of the flashbacks to the Rainbow Room, raising questions about her absence. However, the character's ability to create illusions could come in handy in the fight against Vecna. That's why viewers have posited that Kali could return and join Eleven's fight, making sense of her season 2 aside in the process.
The likelihood of this Stranger Things theory seems like a toss-up, as it would help explain a storyline that will otherwise become a gaping plot hole for the show. However, the writers didn't seem concerned with Kali in seasons 3 or 4, so it's just as likely they'll let go of this subplot without any acknowledgment. After all, Eleven's trip to Chicago is one of Stranger Things' more unpopular storylines. Perhaps the creators picked up on that and decided to drop it.

While the notion of Will becoming a villain is more surprising, the theory that Will's connection to the Upside Down will help the gang defeat it seems the more probable outcome in season 5. This is one of many Upside Down theories
to crop up ahead of the show's final outing. It posits that Vecna must
want Will alive for some reason, as he's the only person to have spent
an extended period of time in the Upside Down and survived. This is
suspicious, and it could indicate that Vecna is depending on his
connection to Will for something — perhaps to use him as a vessel.
Such a reveal would give Will and his friends the opportunity to take
advantage of his link to Vecna. There are numerous ways they can do
this, but it's possible Will will need to sacrifice himself in order to
save his home. This would bring Stranger Things full circle,
deliver on many teases from earlier outings, and give the ending a
meaningful death. For all those reasons, it seems likely that Will's
connection will play a major role in Vecna's downfall. This is probable
even if the effort doesn't actually kill him.

Stranger Things 5, episode 6, revealed a title that immediately caught our eye and made us think of Eddie Munson. Episode 6 of Stranger Things' final season has the title of "Escape from Camazotz." But what is Camazotz? Well, Camazotz is actually a bat god from Mayan mythology. Camazotz means "death bat" in the K'iche language, and the god has associations with death and the "domain of Twilight." Mexic-Arte MuseumOpens in a new tab shares that this bat god likely came to exist because "Bats would inhabit the subterranean caves around the Sacred Cenotes, or sinkholes of water, which the Mesoamericans believed were portals to the underworld. It would be a very chilling sight at dusk when the bats would swarm out of these 'portals' and begin drinking the blood of the other animals." Portals to the underworld, you say? That sounds an awful lot like how the Upside Down operates to usOpens in a new tab… And who is associated with death, the Upside Down, and bats? Why, it's Eddie Munson. Eddie, of course, sadly died in the Upside Down, swarmed by demobats. In addition to this, he had bats tattooed on his arm long before he ever heard of Vecna and the rest. We're not saying this Stranger Things 5 episode title must refer to Eddie Munson being alive; we're just saying it would be a shame for it not to. If a bat god of death has entered the scene, it feels unfair to tie it to anyone else when Eddie Muson already has strong symbolical associations with the creature. We'd love to see bat-Eddie swarm out of a portal… and begin drinking the blood of other animals. (If he must.) Camazotz is also the god of sacrifice, and who has sacrificed more than Eddie MunsonOpens in a new tab?In myth, Camazotz sometimes drank the blood of his enemies—making him a Mesoamerican vampire. Interestingly enough, fans have theorized that Eddie Munson could return to life as a vampire on Stranger Things since the moment of his death. In these theories, fans look specifically to the Dungeons & Dragons tale of Kas the Bloody-Handed. Incredibly, Kas is a warrior who fought against Vecna in the lore, lost, and was resurrected by him as a vampire. Kas' story isn't one-to-one with Eddie Munson's, but it sure does feel like a way the creators could go if they wanted to bring Eddie Munson back to our screens on Stranger Things. With Stranger Things 5's episode titles invoking bats, vampires, and death gods, we feel Eddie Munson must be involved. This "Eddie could return" Stranger Things 5 episode title clue is a little thin, but it has been shared before, so we'll give it some space. As we previously learned, the first episode of Stranger Things 5 will be called "The Crawl."Opens in a new tab Meanwhile, "Master of Puppets," the Metallica song that Eddie Munson plays in the Upside Down before his demobat death, features the following lyrics: "Come crawling faster (faster) / Obey your master (master) / Your life burns faster (faster) / Obey your master, master." If Vecna has indeed brought Eddie Munson back to life by as a demobat vampire, then he might be living out the prophecy of his own music. Now, he's the one crawling toward Vecna, who is the Master of Puppets. "The Crawl" and "Come Crawling," again are not perfect analogs, and yet, the connection is there. We'd like to think it's a sign that Eddie's Kas/Vampire storyline could come to pass, and we'll see him again in Stranger Things 5. Ultimately, we don't want Eddie as a bat god, an evil sorcerer, or a shade in the afterlife. We just want Eddie Munson to be alive in Stranger Things 5. (No puppet strings attached.) But as we just said, any Eddie is an Eddie we'll welcome. Ultimately, it's too soon to know if these episode title clues are wishful or meaningful when it comes to Eddie Munson's return to Stranger ThingsOpens in a new tab. But it sure can't hurt to think about it. Eddie Munson, we're hoping that 1987 can be your yearOpens in a new tab. We'll sign off as we always do, bring back, Eddie Munson, you cowards!
